We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Administration Manager.
Assist the Trust Administration Manager to administer a growing number of accounts by providing quality trust services to clients and maintain existing client portfolio
Prepare relevant trust documents relating to the daily trust administration
Perform the daily administration work and ensure compliance with the Group policy and procedure in order to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Supervise and manage the performance and development of subordinates within Trust Administration Team
University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualifications an advantage
Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration work gained with a major bank trustee or accounting firm
Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
