Risk and Compliance – Retail Banking and Wealth Management Risk
Hang Seng's Risk and Compliance ("RKM") strives to maintain a well-balanced risk profile for the Bank while enabling businesses to thrive. Our team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types. We are dedicated to collaborate with businesses, other functional units and regulatory bodies to develop and implement robust and customized risk management frameworks and measures to maintain the strong market position of the Bank.
Retail Credit Risk - supporting businesses to achieve the optimal profits within the Bank's risk appetite by reviewing and monitoring the retail credit portfolio through policies, procedures, systems and predictive models, and managing problem loans effectively.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Wealth Risk Manager
Perform due diligence in the New Product Approval process for investment products / services offered to RBWM customers
Provide independent advice to product / sales governance of wealth management business
Keep abreast of the latest development of the wealth management business, maintain quick responsiveness to cope with environmental changes and innovations to meet customer expectations and remain competitive
Ensure the Investment Services / Wealth Management business in RBWM segment is aligned to regulatory and group requirements
University degree preferably in Finance or Economics OR other relevant qualifications e.g. CFA, CRM
Minimum two years' experience in wealth management business
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
