Associate Sales Director/ Senior Sales Manager - Spotify

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Specailist to act as a creative consultant and product expert working alongside with our sales team, positioning Spotify’s products in the context of advertiser objectives, packing relevant content and inventory, and developing custom ad program concepts.
Your responsibilities will be to establish close working relationship with the advertising agencies and advertisers, to evangelize Spotify’s core value proposition, to educate the benefits of advertising on music streaming platform and why Spotify is the partner of choice.
You will also work very closely with Spotify team in forecasting revenues and prospecting clients, ensuring our Sales target can be met and Operations Teams on both sides in ensuring timely delivery of pre and post sales activities.
The ideal candidate should be matriculate with strong communications skills and passionate about the digital advertising.
Additional responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Evangelize Spotify’s ad solution and its benefit to advertisers and agencies
- Educate internal and external parties on Spotify’s ad solution
- Generate creative ideas, provide strategic consultation and collateral materials to assist sales team in RFP responses
- Understand and incorprate relevant narratives into proposals and translate insights into sellable program opportunities
- Liasise with Spotify and internal Pixels teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, audiences and editorial content
- Identify and pitch to specific categories/clients suitable for Spotify
- 5 years or more of experience in media sales (Digital, TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor)
- Working experience on the agency or publisher side is a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English. Mandarin a Plus
- Good command of MS Office and Internet Applications required
- University Degree a Must.
