- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service;
- Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations within the branch;
- Control keeper of the branch to ensure compliance with all control processes and procedures with all relevant legal and corporate policies;
- Review regular and other periodical control processes;
- Review audit trail reports;
- Act as counterpart to internal and external audits and ensure that corrective action plans and target dates are adequate and reasonable to address the findings and exceptions raised;
- Provide necessary coaching to sales staff by working with the Branch Manager for proper sales processes, risk explanation, etc. to avoid customer complaints with regards to insufficient products information, etc.;
- Monitor and continuously improve levels of service provided by staff;
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- University graduate with minimum 3 years experience in sales management role with retail banking;
- Good knowledge of banking products, compliance and branch operations and procedures;
- Strong people management, communication and problem solving skills.
