Business Development/ Project Manager, LED Display Solution

Our client is a global leader in LED video display technology that develops, manufactures, and markets LED video display solutions for multiple indoor & outdoor applications, media and entertainment events, and sports arenas across the globe.
The candidate is required to oversee all business development and account management activities of the assigned overseas markets/territories so as to continuously accelerate the Company’s sales revenue and profit with customer satisfaction.
- Explore and develop any business opportunities to sustain the Company’s business;
- Perform account management of the assigned overseas markets/territories;
- Build and enhance strategic relations with business partners (e.g. distributors, system integrators, independent sales representatives and etc.) and customers in order to develop business opportunities and enhance loyalty with new and current key customers so as to get sustainable business development and enhance sales revenue as well as profit.
- Develop and enhance sales and marketing strategies to address targeted segments for increasing sales outputs through a variety of distribution and channels strategies across the assigned territories so that a “Total Solution Service Provider” to be achieved;
- Manage and monitor business partners to ensure all projects/sales orders are accomplished effectively and efficiently;
- Provide technical solutions and advices to business partners and customers when needed;
- Proactively liaise and facilitate among the Company’s factory located at Huizhou, business partners and customers to ensure that the Company’s products can meet customers’ requirements and be delivered on schedule;
- Perform and assist in ad hoc/special projects or any other duties as assigned supervisor(s) to fulfill and/or support the Company’s objectives and goals
- Bachelor degree in Electronic, Mechanical or related subject;
- Major in electronic engineering is preferred;
- With 5 years’ solid experience in LED screen industry, AV industry or related (e.g. LED display, LED light box, digital signage display, external wall lighting, Christmas decoration lighting of building and etc.);
- Good command on written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Energetic, presentable, result-oriented, self-motivated and flexible;
- Excellent problem solving skill, interpersonal and communication skills.
