- Assist in sales strategy formulation to lead overall business development direction for the coworking business.
- Identify and materialize opportunities for ongoing sales leads generation.
- Achieve sales targets through new member acquisition and service up-selling/cross-selling.
- Manage member relationships for loyalty building and business retention.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, other internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of the sales strategy and related initiatives.
- Handle reporting, business statistics and analytics such as sales pipeline, progress and performance reports, customer profiling and segmentation, market study, competitive research and data mining etc..
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Occasional overseas travel may be required.
- Degree holder in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum two years’ working experience in sales/business development fields with excellent relationship management skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese for communications and presentations. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
