Job Title:Business Manager
Reportees: Manager / Executives / Assistants (PM&CS, Operations)

The Business Manager will lead, direct and manage the resources to grow and develop the print, distribution, fulfilment, logistics and marketing solutions business of the Hong Kong Office in order to achieve the established business performance targets. In addition, he / she will also be responsible for the management and smooth functioning of the office in a productive, efficient and effective manner including customer relations, operations, finance, administration and human resource management.
Key Job Accountabilities (KJA):
1. Business Development
(a) Analyze and review existing clients with objective of enhancing existing level of services, e.g. through cross selling, product bundling, etc
(b) Develop new businesses and new clients through research, networking, planning and prospecting
(c) Find the way to achieve the sales target and lead the team towards it
2. Customer Relationship Management
(a) Manage the various projects to ensure it is carried out according to specifications in terms of quality, timeline, and cost and yield an acceptable average return.
(b) Establish customer service benchmark and develop measuring tools to monitor and improve
(c) Maintain and develop existing customer contacts to grow business vertically.
3 Manage the human resource function including recruitment, performance management, career and reward management; act as mentor or guide in ensuring understanding and familiarity of the company / product knowledge, systems, policies & procedures.
4 Manage the accounts and finance function, including cashflow, debtors & creditors relationship, budgets, and revenue and activity reports
5 Manage the office with a view to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
6 Engage and participate in business events in order to develop business network, promote the company’s products / services, and keep abreast of developments and trends in the market with a view to develop strategies and plans to tap the market and competition
7 Manage and develop good public / community and business relationships
8 Any other special project as assigned
1. Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or Economics is preferable
2. At least 3 or preferably 5 years related experience
3. Fluent English and Chinese, including Mandarin
4. Good communication skills
