The company is now actively looking for an experienced and motivated customer service talent to join them.
- Assist in tele-marketing campaign development
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the team to achieve the established KPIs
- Implement different strategies to streamline the communication between internal and external customers
- Complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Attempt to resolve customer complaints/ requests in an efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction
- High school diploma, college education in Marketing / related field
- At least 2 + years' experience in the gaming or hospitality industry
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively
- Display a high commitment of customers service
- Strong written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are essentials
