Our client, is seeking to hire a 4 months contract Clerk to support its daily operations.
- To perform clerical duties such as filing work, preparing statistical records, simple correspondence and system documentations
- To perform helpdesk support services on procurement operations (ERP)
- To perform data checking and records
- To perform general logistical duties
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Five subjects includes Chinese and English Language (“Syllabus B) at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the HKDSE
- Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Min one year working experience is preferred
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
