Our client is one of the world's largest database of news and information providing Media and Business Intelligence Solutions across media types, including online, social, print and broadcast media.
They are now looking for an ambitious Client Service and Pre-Sales Manager to their well-developed team:

What’s the job about:
- Close collaboration with the product team to develop strategic product solutions for new and existing clients
- Support Sales team to understanding the product and help prepare presentations to pitch to the client
- Ensure all pre-sales documentation is raised and distributed
- Manage the Accounts Servicing Team of 8 staff
- Provide a high level of ongoing customer service, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Report to the Operation Director
- Provide strategic review for post sales analysis
What you need:
- 5+ years experience in Account Servicing / Client Service / Sales Support
Proven supervisory experience with practiced coaching and motivation skills
- Able to collaborate with internal teams to share product knowledge and customer understanding
Organised and customer focused
Able to multi-task in a fast-pace working environment
Previous experience in digital media and finance industry is an advantageous
