- Provide support to various sales channels of the Company in offering broking and after-sales services to clients in areas of general insurance and life insurance.
- At least 3 years working experience of secretary, sales support and/ or assistant to director
- At least 3 years client services experience
- At least 3 years or above related experience in insurance broker, insurance company and/ or other financial institutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, service-oriented with pleasant character
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communiation skills in Chinese, English and preferably Mandarin
