Client Services Executive (Corporate Clients)

- Provide full range of account services proactively to premium corporate clients
- Handle enquiries from customers, liaise with related parties for follow up actions and handle account related aftersales services in a professional manner
- Carry out various regular account servicing duties, i.e. Billing report generation, users devices training, etc.
- Coordinate and with Technical Support Team members for trouble shooting and enquiries on technical issues
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth corporate account services
- Higher Diploma or above, preferrably in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling corporate clients
- Experience in telecom industry is preferred but not a must
- Good written & spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
- Energetic and able to work well under pressure
