This newly set up fund service provider is actively seeking for a self-motivated individual to build and maintain successful relationship with institutional investors and Portfolio Managers.
You will interact frequently with external and internal stakeholders to understand the client's strategy and requirements to enable the company deliver on client needs. You will create a strong understanding of the client needs and will manage the operational contact between clients and the operational areas on escalated issues. In addition, you will monitor the performance of the company service against the operating procedures and service levels agreed with the client.
You will be a degree holder with minimum of 5-8 years experience in a related client service role. As this role requires you to interact with key stakeholders on a daily basis, you will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
