- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department;
- Assist in preparing minutes and company secretarial documents for board / committee / shareholder meetings ;
- Assist in handling annual & interim reports, announcements, circulars and correspondence with the Stock Exchange;
- Perform Company Secretarial works in compliance with Main Board listing rules, relevant statutory & regulatory requirements of the Group;
- Maintain a good filing system;
- Support ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Diploma or above in related disciplines;
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in sizable listed companies or professional firms;
- Good spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Excellent in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Knowledge in CSA program is an advantage;
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, analytical, planning and organizing skills;
- Able to work independently and detail-minded are essential.
