Our client is a global professional firm with offices globally and a portfolio of over 20,000 clients worldwide. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking to hire a highly motivated Company Secretarial Manager to join their Hong Kong team.
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller and working closely with the firm’s clients, you will oversee the company secretarial team where responsibilities would include managing day to day operations, allocating work to members of the team, corresponding with clients as well as handling the full set of company secretarial services including incorporation, dissolution of companies, transfer of shares and change of directors among others. You will also liaise with colleagues in different offices worldwide with regards to compliance matters and administration as required.
The ideal candidate will be a member of HKICS with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the company secretarial field gained within a professional firm. Fluent in English and Chinese, you will have excellent managerial and organizational skills and the ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
