C&B Analyst - REGIONAL (REF:5137)
- Work closely with the C&B Team to conduct C&B analysis, projects, system enhancements to enhance HR operational efficiency
- To participate in developing and implementing C&B projects such as salary survey, commission review, annual benefits renewal and etc.
- Responsible for regular C&B analysis and reporting
- To propose and track C&B initiatives such as incentive scheme and salary recommendations
- Implement and maintain the HRIS
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 yeas' experiences in C&B functions especially with salary benchmarking and job grading experience
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
