Our client, a growing asset management firm in Hong Kong is rapidly expanding their business and are seeking a high caliber professional to join the team as Compliance Officer/ Assistant.
- Report directly to company management
- Assist to develop compliance programs and perform compliance testing
- Assist to design and conduct compliance training
- Liaise with SFC
- Assist to prepare regular Risk Report and Compliance Report for management
- Responsible for ad-hoc assignments
- Bachelor Degree holders
- At least 1-2 years' Compliance experience in securities firm / asset management firm / financial institution preferred
- Familiar with Securities and Future Ordinance and HKEx regulations
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
