Our client, an esteemed international media & event company, is currently seeking an outgoing and resourceful Events Specialist with highly developed Japanese and English communications skills to assist in organizing their large scale conferences in the Asia Pacific region.
Degree qualified with a minimum 2 years of relevant marketing, public relations, customer service or client management experience gained from reputable companies, you have exceptional phone manners and are skilled in corporate liaison. You will contact the firm's corporate clients in Japan as well as in other Asian countries, send out invitations, register attendees as well as update the client database as needed.
Excellent Japanese and English language skills are required for this role. You should be skilled in MS Excel. We invite candidates with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, possessing a 'can-do' attitude and able to deliver quality results within challenging timelines.
