Our client is a global leading retail firm and they are looking for a responsible, detail minded and organize sales administrator or coordinator to join their team.
- Handle sales and purchasing order as well as credit note requests from Sales Team
- Assist sales admin team to maintain files and records (email/ confirmation letter)
- Assist sales team in expenses claiming / invoice checking /price setting
- Keep customer record up to date and handle fax order
- Handle orders and enquiries from customers by phone
- Coordinate with internal parties to follow up on sales and customers' enquiries
- Higher Diploma holder or above
- Good PC knowledge (excel in particular)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales admin or relevant role
- Formal customer service experience is an advantage
- Presentable, polite and cheerful personality
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Possess strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
- A good team player, detail minded and flexible, responsive, good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment
