- Responsible for internal helpdesk support for over 100 users
- Conduct effective communication with internal users and external clients
- Handle technical support on Windows OS and other peripherals
- Complete assigned tasks from team lead
- Degree holder in computer science or related discipline
- Native English speaker with fluent communication in Cantonese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Solid experience in second tier support on Windows platform
- Eligible to work in Hong Kong
