A leading Investment Bank is now hiring for a Corporate Access Specialist to join their expanding Corporate Access team in their Hong Kong office. The role will be an all round role support their Head of CA and also CA manager on all the CA products execution such as conferences/corporate access days, bespoke trips, and group tours.
This role will be suitable for candidates with a couple of years of Banking Events, Roadshows and Corporate Access experience who are keen to further develop their career in the investment banking industry.
- 3-5 years of Events, Roadshows, conference or Corporate Access experience from leading Banks or Financial institutions
- Bachelor's degree in any related disipline (Marketing, Events management or Finance)
- Native level of English, Cantonese and Business level Mandarin a must
- written Chinese ability a plus
- ambitious, detail minded, strong communication ability
- passionate for events management and career driven
- ability to work with people at different levels of seniority
- willing to support onsite at events as requested
- commited to contract /project
- strong project management skills
