about the company:
our client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate with a portfolio that covers a wide range of sectors and fields. Their close-knit team has driven many investment projects for the group and continue to have a strong pipeline moving forward. To continue to build their investment portfolio, we are working closely with our client in search of a new corporate finance analyst/executive/associate to grow their investment team.
about the job:
as a corporate finance analyst/executive/associate, you will report to the Senior Investment Manager and follow up on their investments under proposal and events subsequent to investment. You will ensure all due diligence is done in accordance to Company requirements and ensure compliance with listing rules and other regulatory compliance. You will monitor investment information and coordinate with finance and management to agree any provision or revaluation as of interim and year end of investments/loans. On occasion, you will perform ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management.
skills and experience requirements:
as a corporate finance analyst/executive/associate, you will posses:
- a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or other related disciplines
- qualified member of CPA/CFA/ACCA/HKICPA or related certification
- 6+ years of experience gained from private equity firms, investment banks or big 4 transaction services is a must
- strong communication and especially articulate in presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- limited travel
