To conduct market and customer survey to get customer insight and support customer engagement plan;
To provide administrative and operational support for all research projects;
To build and maintain accurate, complete, up-to date and insightful data and market intelligence;
To assist data model preparation and data aggregation to facility strategic analytics planning and gain customer insight;
To analyze customer profiles, trends and identify potential marketing opportunities and insights for business planning;
To prepare various management reports and presentation;
To perform ad-hoc analysis and duties as required.
Bachelor degree with major in Business, Statistic, Finance or related discipline;
2 years or above relevant experiences;
Strong in qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis and Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Detail minded and strong communication skill;
Able to work independently to meet tight timeframe.
