Study and spread the CRM culture among the company ensuring a tailored customer-centric approach to develop loyalty through the right mix of relational and promotional messages pursuing high ROI (sales, customer loyalty, acquisition, upselling) and respect of KPI’s.
- 5 years of experience in a comparable role, in luxury industry preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving mind-set, dynamic and active, strong people skill to deal with diverse working environment
- University degree with strong numeric sense, proficiency in Microsoft offices especially excel and powerpoint
- Fluent English and Cantonese (written and Spoken), Mandarin and other language is a plus
