- Order entry
- Create Purchase Order and Sales Order
- Provide support to department members
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as requested
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, filing & mailing etc
- Database maintenance
- F.5 or higher with 1-2 years related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
- Self-motivated detail oriented and work under pressure with multi task work
- Good written and spoken English & Chinese
- Part-time: Hourly rated; required to work 4 hours a day
