- Responsible for oversee daily operations flow of customer services , report submission and customer retention activities
- Provide on-the-job training to subordinates
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Provide data consolidation, analysis & recommendation for management consideration
- Allocation team resources to maximize the team performance / support
- Perform any other duties as assigned by manager
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder or above
- At least 5 years customer service sector experience and at least 1 year as supervisor lever
- Detailed oriented, organized and strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Words & Gmail
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good in Mandarin is an advantage
