Customer Care Executive

- To assist in liaison and negotiation with customers on service contract renewals
- Responsible for the preparation of service package and manage contracting administration
- Coordinate with internal departments and outsourcing partners to prepare for necessary resources to support the customers
- Highly customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude in result-oriented service manner
- Delivery courtesy caring service to strategic accounts, such as regular and ad-hoc visiting
- Tertiary Education in Business Discipline
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Customer focus, strong interpersonal, writing skill and good working attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Computer Skills (Excel/Word)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Care Assistant
- Immediate available is highly preferred
