OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of sales team.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle user and merchant enquiries and complaints via hotline or email
- Provide support and assistance to users and merchants regarding table booking and other restaurant services
- Make outbound call to merchants to get table booking offers
- Assist ad hoc tasks as required
You should possess:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Experience in customer services is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good telephone manner with problem solving skill
- Detail-minded, patient and self-motivated
- Immediately available would be an advantage
