Customer Service Account Executive

Assist the Manager in maintaining and monitoring the area of flight master, customers requirements on airline meals, other services and specifications.
Provide professional services to customers to build up long term relationship
Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
Prepare correspondences and document
Co-ordinate between internal departments and customers
Participate in Meals Presentation
Degree in any disciplines
Min 2 years customer service experience, preferably in food or airline related industries
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
Pleasant in personality, well organized, attention to details
