Customer Service Assistant

- Inform Clients for their visas’ renewal through telephones, emails or wechat
- To make appointment bookings for clients
- Follow up and collect Visas’ for the clients according to Immigration Department’s requirements.
- Answer Client’s enquiries such as Visa Renewal progress.
- Form 5
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Customer centric, self-motivated and detail minded
- Fair English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (eg Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
