Customer Service Consultant - Japanese speaking
- Responsible for providing customer service through differen communication channels eg. telephone, social media and email
- Understand customers' needs and provide a solution for their enquiries and problems
- Represent the Organizations' brand to provide porduct knowledge, seasonal collections
- Strong command of English and fluent/native in Japanese
- Passionate about fashion and luxury brands
- Relationship driven, strong team player, interactive and strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service or have the interest in communication with customers
