About Our Client (Sizable Japanese Electronic Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Japanese Electronic Companies,is now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:
- Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
- Follow up purchase order and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
- Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
- Provide administrative support and database maintenance
- Diploma or above
- Around 1years relevant working experience preferred, Welcome Fresh Graduate
- Good Command of English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking(JLPT N2 or above)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, self-initiative
- Immediate available is preferred
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: 10K-12K
- Working days: Mon-Fri
- Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
