The incumbent will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling customer enquiries and complaints, managing day-to-day process of customer orders. He/she will work closely with other departments to ensure quality customer service is delivered.
At least 1 years customer service experience
With telesales experience an asset
Good telephone manner, communication and problem solving skills
Good problem solving skills and able to work independent
