Customer Service Executive

Job descriptions :
- Handle pre and post sales-related questions
- Manage customer expectations in a friendly manner
- Engage in cross-level liaison and co-ordination with internal departments on resolving customers' cases
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented, good communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Working days : 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday)
