Customer Service Executive

- To handle medical insurance enquiries with high quality of customer services.
- To handle the complaints and service recovery process and to give advice for these cases in order to retain and enhance the customer relationship.
- To input call log and enquiries data.
- Form 7 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in the medical insurance industry
- Background in Customer Service or Complaint handling function is highly preferable
- Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and influencing skills to interact with management and complainants at all level
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
