Customer Service Executive (logistics arrangement)

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle logistics arrangement.
- Serve end users and distributors in Taiwan or South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Korea
- Prepare quotations and customer invoices
- Take orders
- Database entry
- Handle customer enquiries via e-mails/ faxes/ phones
- Work with logistics companies to manage deliveries
- Fluent in Cantonese and English or Mandarin
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Science is an advantage
- Experience in using ERP system is an advantage
- Experience in handling logistic and shipping arrangement
- ONLY 3 - 8 years above related working experience, preferably in MNC environment
- Must be well organized with strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
