We are seeking a mature individual to join us as Customer Service Executive in the Hong Kong Assistance Services Centre. This is a career for individuals who aspires a fast-paced and highly challenging environment, and who has a passion to serve and provide the highest standard of medical and security assistance services for our clients.
This involves attending to the phone enquiries and coordinating the logistics requirement with hospital, road ambulance and aviation providers.
- Diploma and above with minimum 2 years working experience. Experience in contact centres, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Excellent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Trilingual)
- Willing to work on 24 hours shift rosters
