- Handle inbound calls and outbound tele-sales service to our customers at Call Centre.
- Support pro-sales, pre-sales activities, counter service and other customer service duties.
- F.5 or equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience
- Customer oriented. Excellent communication skill with pleasant and cheerful manner
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficiency of MS office and Chinese Word-processing
- Shift duty on Saturday is required (half or full day)
- Immediate available will be an advantage
