Our client an International Shipping company are looking to appoint a Customer Service executive to join their team in Shanghai.
- Provide outstanding service to customers and clients
- Basic administration skills
- Updating the company systems
- Deliver a 1st class level of customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently at all times and in accordance with documented procedures
- Liaise with third party suppliers
- Look for new ways to increase business efficiency
- Work closely with the commercial client owners
- Ensure all sales invoices are raised correctly
The ideal candidate;
- Strong product knowledge of FCL and LCL
- Possess professional selling skills.
- Have strong sense of achievement drive and result orientation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good spoken and written English skills
