GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Daily operation on order management
- Customer service and documentation
- Coordinate the delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Handle enquires and build up good relationship with clients
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience in logistics industry
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Experience in third- Party Logistics will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure, team work and independent
- Able to work overtime in weekdays and on duty during public holidays if required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Good Discipline and team player
- Well organized in filling, meeting and communication with departments;
- Ability to coordinate the customer service issues and problem
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the internal and external customers and subcontractor
- Good in PC operations including MS offices
- Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and common sense;
- Follow up projects and VIP customers
- Candidates with More experience would be considered for Senior, Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
