Our clinet is a leading listed insurance company which playing a fundamental role in economies, now looking for high caliber candidates to join their team.
- Handle inbound call for various insurance product and policy related enquiries
- Assist in daily operation
- Gather customer feedback and report to management
- Secondary education level or above with 2 years working experience in Customer Service / Call Centre is required
- IIQ Paper 1-3 passed
- Good manner on phone call and strong problem solving skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
