- Develop strategies to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
- Develop and manage the customer care function, including but not limited to team structure, measurement & reporting, resource planning etc.
- Manage the performance of customer care team and implement improvement initiatives where required.
- Minimum 8 years experience in developing, engaging and leading a customer care function to deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven skills in planning and organizing
- Able to demonstrate experience in driving projects to deliver people, process and system improvements.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
