- Manage and supervise an inbound team of customer service representatives in credit card centre
- Coach, motivate and support to team members to achieve the service level targets
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints
- Able to handle escalated cases or some difficult situations individually
- Able to work multi-tasks or involve in ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years customer services experience, which included at least 2-3 years supervisory experience in consumer finance or retail banking industry
- Experience in credit card products is a definite advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility in shift duty arrangement
- Immediate available is highly preferred
