- Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and prompt manner
- Communicate frequently with managers to eliminate avoidable errors
- Follow instructions from management and being able to execute special tasks when required
- Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ’s and product material.
- Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience
- Fresh graduate will be consider with good attitude
- 1+ year(s) relevant working exp. is preferred
- Good command spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Demonstrate great problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Have a 'can do' attitude with a passion for providing an excellent customer service
- Can quickly adapt to new skills and work independently
- Thrive on the challenge of being able to multi-task and reprioritize your efforts on a daily basis
