Customer Service Officer / Clerk

- Assist Sales Team on process orders, quotations, and requests
- Handle customer enquiries and delivery arrangement
- Manage customers’ accounts and databases
- Prepare reports, and ad hoc administrative work
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year relevant experience is required
- Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin an advantage
- Good PC knowledge with Chinese typing is a must
- Mature, detail-minded and with good interpersonal skill
- Able to work independent and under pressure
