Deliver professional customer service and technical support to HKT Premier’s customers via instant Chat Room and Email
Support our customer relations and customer account management teams in ad hoc administrative tasks such as reports preparation
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding their enquiries received in writing
Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions to our Management team for on-going service improvement
- Diploma graduates or above in all discipline
With minimum 1 year working experience in sales or customer service field, experience in technical service / support, familiar with broadband / mobile service would be an advantage
Good command of spoken & written English. (Chinese is an advantage)
Responsive, meticulous, highly adaptable and open to new tasks/ exposure
- Working hour: 15:00 to 24:30, 5-day work
