- To provide customer service in shopping mall
- To handle customers' enquiries and complaints
- To conduct survey and promote shopping mall activities
- To prepare customer service related reports
- Holder of HKDSE or above
- 1 year or above relevant experience in customer service / sales / property / hotel / tourism field is more preferable, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good PC knowledge in MS office
- Shift duty (5-day work) and minor cash handling are required
Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
