Our client, one of the famous listed company in Hong Kong, is building a call center team to provide excellent customer service to the Travel Section.
Customer Service Officer, Travel Service (Call Centre)
- Handle inbound call from privilege members
Provide tickets fare quotation, flight reservation and general information in professional and sincere manner
Understand customer needs and provide solutions
Collect customer feedback on service quality
Quality Customer Service training will be provided
Shift working hours (weekend shift is required), 5 days per week.
HKCEE /DSE or above (pass in English) with good listening skill
Fluency in Cantonese is a must, good command in written and spoken English, fluency in foreign language ( Japanese, Korean) is an advantage
1 year or above working experience, travel/ airline experience is highly preferred, other customer-serving industry is also welcome
Good telephone manner, with customer-oriented mind set
Basic PC skill is required
