Customer Service Representative (Counter) (Ref. No. D090)

- Provide professional and efficient counter services to the customers
- Issues Job Sheets, Sales Memo and daily counter transactions
- Prepares Quick Cash Reports in ORACLE
- Provide administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years customer service experience in consumer products is preferable
- Knowledge in electrical appliances / digital products is a plus
- Mature, good interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-motivated and good team player
