Provide customer service to enhance customer satisfaction levels by meeting customer needs and follow up issue; handle document filing.
- F.6 or above
- At least 2 years relative working experience
- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good Command in Cantonese and English
- Detail-minded and a good team player, customer-focused and result-oriented
- Proactive in offering solutions to customers’ requirements and adaptive under work pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work independently, handle pressure and meet tight deadline
- Immediate available preferred
